Gymnast
Yet another contest entry. For this one, the requirement was to turn a person into a statue. While searching for pictures, I came across some of gymnasts in rather interesting poses and thought it would be cool to turn one of them into a fountain piece. I had to do a lot of cloning to get rid of the original horse, but I think it turned out pretty good, although I suppose the trees in the background look the slightest bit funky now. I tell you though, trying to find a marble pattern for the girl that would work wasn't very easy. I think the top half of her looks more statue-like than the bottom half, though. It also wasn't easy to get it to look like she was balancing on the ball instead of just standing on it flat-footed.
