Yet another Big O based manip. Did I mention that I love that show? :) Anyway, the entire idea for this came from the screencap, which I thought looked like a perfect mystery novel cover image. Also, the episode the screencap is from, "Underground Terror", is all about the mysteries and strange things that lay beneath the city. In the show, Michael Seebach, also known as Schwarzwald, is the character who wants to find out the truth about the city and its past.
Again, this is obviously a manip that would make a lot more sense if you've seen the show. And it's also obviously inspired by the Hardy Boys novels as well.
